Coaching for Triathlon
Looking to enter your very first triathlon? Going for an Ironman? Make the GB Age Group team? We coach all abilities and ambitions, from first timers to experienced triathletes aiming to peak for major international events and podium places. Coaching for each separate sport is also available, such as to run a marathon or undertake a mountain bike challenge or other big ride.
COACHING FOR SWIM
Want to learn to swim for the first time? Or make a breakthrough in your technique to be smoother, more efficient and faster? Or preparing for a big outdoor swim event? We teach a method of swimming that will unlock the swimmer in you and make you feel confident, no matter what your starting point. We also prepare distance swimmers for big events, such as the Dart 10k, Henley marathon and the Channel.
Coaching for Swimrun
Looking to enter the wonderful world of Swimrun? Or facing a particularly daunting event, such as one of the Ötillö championship races? We have a specially designed coaching support package for your team of two to get you to your chosen start line ready and working in sync.
